It’s ok

It’s ok to have feelings & be real.

It’s ok to for me to say that today I’m sad & reflective, because it’s the anniversary of my dads passing.

But its also ok for me to acknowledge how time waits for nobody, we all live & have our own lessons to learn & journey to take.

It’s ok to say you are tired or worn out.

It’s ok to say no.

It’s ok to set strong healthy boundaries around you, your time, your love & light.

It’s ok to say hey are you ok, I haven’t heard from you in a while.

It’s ok to say I miss you.

It’s ok to say I really appreciate you.

It’s ok to say I’m grateful.

It’s ok to say I’m feeling overwhelmed.

It’s ok to say I feel lost, anxious or depressed.

It’s ok to say I’m angry or disappointed.

It’s ok to say I feel alive.

It’s ok to say I’m in love.

It’s ok to be happy.

It’s ok to laugh or cry.

It’s ok to follow your dreams.

It’s ok for you to express whatever truth is in your heart & soul.

Every emotion or feeling is there for you to connect with, nurture, heal & eventually release.

But it’s an important part of the healing process to be able to express your truth.

You have to communicate, to open the throat, it’s the Ether or sacred space.

When you don’t express your words, emotions & feelings they become deep entrenched patterns, triggers & issues for you to have to learn to live with, and they can change you forever.

So remember it’s ok to wobble, to feel, to express, to speak & own your truth.

Because the people who love you want to support you, listen, or offer suggestions.

They know you well, and it’s ok they remind you of the important things in life.

They see you struggling, in a world of pain & suffering, silently with a heavy load.

It’s ok to say help……

It’s ok to surrender & receive for a change.

It’s always a great feeling to express & share your feelings with those you trust.

It feels like you release a pressure valve inside, able to breathe, or a giant weight falls off your chest, back or shoulders.

Your head unscrambles & stops short circuiting.

It’s ok to feel & be real.

It’s ok to be you.
