We need to get real.
We need to stop judging.
We need to start talking about this, helping & accepting others.
We can all have situational anxiety or depression, that’s when life just gets tough.
But some live their lives daily, like your worst nightmares.
Some self harm, some sadly think that everyone will be better off without them taking their lives.
