Giving & Receiving

It fills both the receiver & giver with so much kindness, compassion, understanding, friendship & open heart space.

One of the hardest things to do for those who are givers or nurturers is to learn to receive.

Think about it for a moment, if you are unable to receive, you not only deny yourself the gift of receiving, but you deny another from the gift of giving.
