Its going to be exactly how you really vibrate & think, what you do, what you have set in motion energetically….how you truly think & feel….. about everyone & everything…..
Until you can flip it, change it, let it go, reprogram it, face it……
Balance is always a masters key 🔑

The moment our mind is our servant….not our master…..it’s a game changer……
You have to train your mind & intellect to be strong, resilient, enduring…..but not ruling….it must work with congruence….flowing & connected to your heart…then your soul.
That’s how we become empowered….
All of us….working in alignment.
You set yourself free of a lifetime of mental anguish & self destruction.
You stop being a prisoner of your past…becoming a pioneer of your future…that in itself is so freeing & liberating.
You give yourself permission to simply be…to accept, love & honour all parts of self & the mighty journey life has taken you on.

For some….even worse…the black dog holds a mighty grip on your world….that refuses to let you leave the shadowlands ….till it has haunted you, beaten you, broken you…..filled you with fear, doubt, hopelessness, grief, anguish, a shadow of your glorious self….filled with pain & suffering…….
Living your very own version of purgatory & hell on earth…..
The harrowing….haunting & emptiness of the black abyss….trapped in the shadowlands….

Is it time….to accept, nurture, connect with, ask for help, let go…..
We have to make a choice, to make & be the change….or things will always stay the same….

You are loved….
You are here for a reason….
You are here to be you….
All of you….
Not a shadow ….but illuminating from the inside with your love & light….your eternal flame…
