Everybody has a story

Everybody has a story.

Just because you may see a person that appears strong, resilient, confident, has their life together, is self sufficient, please don’t think that person has it easy.

Because you can be guaranteed they didn’t just magically get that way.

The kindest people have endured the most trauma, hurt & pain, going out of their way to ensure nobody will ever have to feel the way they did or be all alone in a brutal world.

The compassionate ones had to learn through their wounding to understand others.

What about the broken & wounded ones, also their families who struggle daily with excruciating mental health problems of anxiety, depression, bipolar often living within their own hell on Earth?

What about those who experienced abuse or abandonment, that just doesn’t go away, it casts a mighty shadow over relationships.

What about that friend going through a marriage breakdown?

What about that family experiencing the loss of a beloved family member and learning the overwhelming debilitating power & price we all pay of grief?

What about that couple who has miscarried so many times, experiencing such cruel heartbreak. Yet cruelly having to smile & be happy for all their friends happily having babies & building their families & seeing their dream slip away?

What about that person fighting debilitating health battles, they are being told they may never be able to change or overcome?

What about that exhausted mum or dad, just struggling to make ends meet, battling for survival?

What about you struggling, short circuiting, burdened, loosing hope, feeling that you are drowning & you free fall or spiral down into the black abyss?

The list is endless.

So how about we all just learn to get on with each other & help out.

To be kind & understanding, because honestly, you can’t always judge a book by its cover.

I could tell you my life stories, and I do share & teach using them as authentic examples, but they would knock you flat off your feet. Yet they are the very stories that have made me strong & wise, becoming all that I am now.

So you get to choose.

Do you want to change & grow through life?

Or do you want to stay a victim of your life & circumstances?

No matter what, it all starts with you wanting to live a better life, loving & nurturing you.

We need a little helping hand at times,

Please if you are wobbling, shattering, breaking, overwhelmed please wave the white flag & say help me.

It’s not a sign of weakness, in fact it’s the polar opposite, it’s surrender & saying I’m broken, please help me.

I need a friend.

Seek professional help if it’s beyond the scope of what family & friends can do.

Life isn’t meant to break you, it’s meant to shape you.

You are a survivor.

Can you be that friend?

Something to ponder,

Love, light & blessings
