Energy Update

We are all going through so much on all levels.
Emotionally rattled, soul weary, mental fatigue & physically exhausted with all the lessons upon the path of self mastery.
Energetic upgrades have been unrelenting & immense.
We are all assimilating & expanding into our upgraded light bodies.
Universally Gaia & everything is upgrading.
To both female & male who have been walking their walk.
The ones selflessly holding light & being light workers & beacons for others.
The ones feeling so alone & vulnerable.
The ones building your new worlds & stepping out of great change & upheaval.
You are stronger than you know.
Braver than you think.
Wiser than yesterday.
With compassion & love in your heart we forge forward, together.
So this is a shout out to everyone transcending an outdated belief, behaviour, habit or vibration that no longer serves them.
You will need lots of compassion, understanding & support.
Take time out to nurture self.
Spend some time in the sunshine or nature to ground the new energy.
You’ve got this & aren’t alone.
