Change

Change is hard.

Change is scary because we leave the familiar, comfort, known & journey into the unknown.

Take your time.

The spiritual journey is a marathon not a sprint.

No matter what just keep moving forward.

Your speed doesn’t mater.

Forward is forward.

I always say “baby steps”.

Baby steps may be small & you often wobble at first, but you are gaining confidence & momentum.

Soon you become confident & sure footed, then you move ahead in leaps & bounds.

Don’t compare yourself to others.

Don’t try to be someone or something you are not.

What you don’t have, you don’t need it now.

It’s a beautiful day.

Don’t let it get away.

Today is a mystery & a gift.

It’s a new day, a fresh start, an opportunity for new beginnings.

Make each day a learning, growing, opportunity.

You just may find you embrace & create the life you want to live not continually escape from.
