Breathe,

This is just a chapter,

It not your whole story.

You hold the pen,

now you get to write your story.

Tell of your struggles,

How you overcame adversity,

How you learnt to love yourself,

How you learnt how brave & strong you are.

How you saw the ones who supported you in your darkest hour.

How you decided life & you were worth so much more.

Write about your hopes & dreams.

Write all the lessons you learnt,

Write it with passion,

Write it with truth,

Write it with integrity & honour.

But write or tell it you must.

For there is always someone worse off than you.

Who just may need words of inspiration, or someone to guide them, to see it really can be done.

It’s never a wasted experience if we learn a lesson, grow & evolve from it.

It’s part of growing up, of becoming awakened, or consciousness.

You do become older, stronger & wiser.

You are allowed to be happy.

You are meant to live your life fully.

It’s what this journey called life is all about.

Remember you hold the pen,

You create the blank canvas,

You are a work in progress,

You will become your own masterpiece.
